MinaLima
MinaLima is the creative name of the designers of the Wizarding World, MinaLima Classics books and experiences, and House of MinaLima gallery shops. As MinaLima’s Social Media Manager, a great part of my duty was to translate the company's creativity through digital experiences, conveying brand awareness and product sales. Not only responsible for overseeing Minalima's interactions with the public through implementing content strategies on its social media platforms, content production also became a big part of my job, and my design and creative skills came in handy. Below are some of the campaigns, assets, and projects I directed, designed, and oversaw the engagement results.
The Magic of MinaLima
Released on October 2022, The Magic of MinaLima is the ultimate compendium chronicling Mira and Eduardo’s extraordinary partnership designing for the Wizarding World. This immersive book is bursting with images, graphics, and unseen sketches plus original commentary and interactive elements.
Responsible for creating its digital launch campaign and all the assets it involves, from motion graphics to video editing and script editing, I got to explore all my creative skills for this project has easily been my favorite to work on.
WB Studio Tour - The Making of Harry Potter & Magic of MinaLima Photoshoot + Socials Video Content
The main campaign created for The Magic of MinaLima was made at the WB Studio Tour where the concept of “page to screen” was explored and brought to life. Directing this shoot and creating this essential part of the Magic of Minalima campaign was incredibly challenging and rewarding. Behind The Film Set
Written, directed, and edited by me, the video features Mira and Eduardo revealing all about creating the graphic art for the Wizarding World and life on set for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. The full-length video was later adapted into multiple short videos to fit the format of platforms such as TikTok and IG Reels.
The is currently displayed at House of MinaLima London, New York, and Korea.
The Graphic Art of Fantastic Beasts and the Secrets of Dumbledore: a MinaLima Exhibit
To launch 12 new prints of the designs made for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, an immersive exhibit featuring actual props from the Fantastic Beasts films created by Studio MinaLima was held at House of MinaLima around the world from April to June 2022. Digital assets were created to announce and promote the event. From interview videos with Miraphora Mina and Eduardo Lima to sneak peeks videos instigating the fans to guess what would be happening in the shop, creating for this event was an interesting and insightful way to create digitally what would invite people to MinaLima’s first real-life event after a pandemic.

Fantastic Beasts #TBT entailed a series of short videos with pictures of Mira and Eduardo working on designs featured in the Fantastic Beasts films to their completion as seen on the final cut.
Filters
I created four filters for @minalimadesign's social channels (Instagram and Facebook), and they have been a great new way to have our audience interact with MinaLima digitally.
Fantastic Beasts: Pickett and Niffler Sketch Prints
To launch two new prints, sneak peeks were created to build momentum and instigate MinaLima fans and followers.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets
MinaLima’s best seller and most adored collection is, without a doubt, their illustrated and interactive edition of the Harry Potter books. Developing and creating assets for this launch campaign was an exciting challenge that brought a relevant number of sales and creative insights. From an interactive filter to videos detailing the sketch process of intricate illustrations, Chamber of Secret’s launch campaign was a success.
With over 2M views on TikTok and 250k on Instagram Reels, this is MinaLima’s first viral video
The Wonderful Wizard of Oz
Part of the MinaLima Classics ranges of illustrated interactive books by MinaLima, creating for the Wonderful Wizard of Oz’s launch campaign was a fun task to have. Through video content posted on TikTok and Instagram Reels, the campaigns’ digital presence was incredibly well received as the content immersed the audience – both new and old – into the Emerald City. To immerse our followers even more and expand MinaLima’s digital portfolio, I created an “Oz Spectacles” filter based on one of the book’s real assets that had over 30k impressions on its launch week.
